Pure Concepts

Overview

Pure Concepts is a specialty hygiene product importer and distributor and we needed an inventory management system in order to manage the number and location of stock throughout the world. Any solution needed to be able to handle the five currencies we transact in and to be simple and easy to use. It couldn’t add to the amount of administration already involved in running a separate entity.

Solution

Link Solutions recommended Unleashed, implemented and integrated it smoothly with our existing accounting solution Xero. Unleashed is cloud-based and having already seen the benefit of Xero we knew what to expect. We used the implementation as an opportunity to define and refine the internal processes in our new organisation.

Result

Pure Concepts now has a reliable inventory management system that allows us to see live what product we have where in the world. It means we can order and sell products seamlessly straight out of Unleashed. We’ve reduced the volume of paperwork involved in every transaction and reduced the administration time involved.
